• Pilot programs and subscription accessPlainwork is provided as a licensed operating standard and hosted workspace.It is not a standalone software application.---2. Business Use OnlyPlainwork is intended for use by businesses and organizations.By using the service, you confirm that:• You are acting on behalf of a business or organization
• You have authority to enter agreements on behalf of that organizationThe service is not intended for consumer use.---3. Accounts and AccessAccess to Plainwork workspaces is granted by invitation.Customers are granted access to a hosted workspace for the duration of their active license or pilot period.The Company may revoke or modify access if:• the license period expires

Licensing ModelPlainwork is provided under a time-limited license.The license grants the organization permission to access and use the Plainwork system within the hosted workspace for the duration of the license.The license does not transfer ownership of the Plainwork system, templates, or underlying intellectual property.All decision content created within the workspace remains the property of the licensed organization.---5.
